KING CHAR is a professional manufacturer of lapel pin, badge, medal, key holder, tie clip, cuff link .... various promotion products. Most of our products are made of hard enamel (cloisonne), imitation hard enamel, die struck soft enamel, photo etched soft enamel, iron soft enamel, silkscreen/offset printing, zinc alloy, and pewter.

As a professional badge manufacturer, we process all procedures in our factory from customer's original ideas till completed products, including artwork-making, plate-printing, mold-engraving, die struck, photo-etching, injection, shape-cutting, coloring, printing, polishing, electro-plating, attachments-fitting, epoxy-coating, packing .... all steps.

To make production goes smoothly, we complete factory hardware. Our China artwork team is well equipped with one MAC computer and 10 PCs, and we also have some expert artwork makers in Taiwan so to supply artwork promptly for customer's approval. In printing department, we furnished 10 offset-printing machines and 7 silkscreen-printing machines. As for electro plating section, we have China electro plating license and set up 2 divisions for brass/iron badge and zinc alloy/pewter products.

Not only producing traditional lapel pin, badge, and medal, but we are trying to develop new products items. So far, we have successfully developed new items such as aluminum bottle opener, tin button badge, rubber magnet, and acrylic key holder.
